How does a return work?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. The request must be made through your customer account, live chat or by email before sending anything back.
The return address is provided only after the request has been approved by our customer service team.
Refund or store credit
During the first 14 days after receipt, the refund is processed in accordance with the applicable statutory conditions.
From the 15th to the 30th day, the return may result in store credit that can be used on the shop, unless otherwise agreed by our customer service team.
Main return conditions
- The product must be complete, clean, undamaged and returned with its accessories.
- The product must not show signs of excessive use, impact, modification or improper handling.
- The original packaging should be kept where possible, especially for instruments, amplifiers, keyboards, fragile or bulky products.
- No return should be sent without prior approval from customer service.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in the case of a return for personal convenience.
- If a return label is provided while the costs are borne by the customer, its amount may be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Products not eligible for return or subject to conditions
Some items cannot be returned or may be subject to specific conditions for reasons of hygiene, personalisation, wear or product protection.
- Personalised products, special orders or items made to order.
- Opened or used consumables: strings, reeds, drumsticks, drumheads, batteries, wear-and-tear accessories.
- Software, licences, download cards or digital products that have been opened, activated or used.
- Incomplete, damaged or modified products, or products returned without essential accessories.
- Products showing use beyond a simple reasonable test.
