Why are we doing this?
Because we are convinced by the quality of our products. As an authorized reseller of major brands, we only offer products that meet our detailed criteria.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, certain consumables (strings, sticks, batteries, etc.) are excluded. Our warranty only covers breakdowns resulting from normal use or manufacturing defects.
In case of a breakdown?
Contact our After-Sales Service before any return. We can offer you a home pickup via DPD if needed.
Product not repairable?
We will exchange your product for a new one. If the model is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative! Even after your warranty expires.
