Because we are confident in the quality of the products we select. Instruments, amps, accessories, or audio equipment: our goal is to offer reliable equipment suited to real-world musical use.

Warranty exceptions

Which products are excluded?

Consumables and wear parts are not covered by this commercial warranty: strings, batteries, drumsticks, reeds, drumheads, cables subject to abnormal wear, consumable accessories, or products damaged through misuse.

What should you do if your product malfunctions?

Contact our customer service team before making any return. We will assess the situation with you and tell you which procedure is appropriate: diagnosis, request for photos, service return, repair, replacement, or a commercial solution, depending on the case.

Repair or replacement

Repair or replacement

When the malfunction is confirmed and covered, a repair or replacement may be offered. If the product is no longer available, an equivalent solution may be considered with our customer service team.


Main conditions


  • Musique Shop's commercial warranty applies only to eligible products.
  • It covers malfunctions resulting from normal use of the product or from a confirmed defect.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage, impact damage, oxidation, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
  • The product must be returned complete, with its accessories, when a service return is requested.
  • Before making any return, a request must be approved by our customer service team.
