3-year warranty
At Musique Shop, we want you to order your instrument or audio equipment with complete confidence. That is why many products benefit from a commercial warranty of up to 3 years, in addition to the applicable statutory warranties.
Why offer a 3-year warranty?
Because we believe in the quality of the products we select. Instruments, amplifiers, accessories or audio equipment: our aim is to offer reliable gear designed for real musical use.
Which products are excluded?
Consumables and wear parts are not covered by this commercial warranty: strings, batteries, drumsticks, reeds, drumheads, cables subject to abnormal wear, consumable accessories or products damaged through improper use.
What should I do in case of a fault?
Contact our customer service team before returning anything. We will review the situation with you and explain the appropriate procedure: diagnosis, photo request, after-sales return, repair, replacement or commercial solution depending on the case.
Repair or replacement
When the fault is confirmed and covered, a repair or replacement may be offered. If the product is no longer available, an equivalent solution may be reviewed with our customer service team.
Main conditions
- The Musique Shop commercial warranty applies only to eligible products.
- It covers faults related to normal use of the product or to a confirmed defect.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage, impacts, oxidation, liquids, unauthorised modifications or improper use.
- The product must be returned complete, with its accessories, when an after-sales return is requested.
- Before any return, a request must be approved by our customer service team.
