Preparation adapted to the instrument
Electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, ukulele or another stringed instrument: each instrument family requires different attention. Depending on the product, a check or setup may be carried out before collection or dispatch.
The goal is simple: to reduce unpleasant surprises and help you enjoy your instrument in the best possible conditions.
Pre-dispatch check when possible
When the product passes through our stock or workshop, we can carry out a check before dispatch. Some products shipped directly from a partner or supplier stock may follow a different logistics procedure.
