Musique Shop does not store full bank card details on its servers.
Anti-fraud verification
To protect our customers and our shop, some orders may be subject to manual verification before dispatch.
In the event of serious doubt about a transaction, we may request additional information or cancel an order.
Available payment methods
Depending on the delivery country, order amount, your device and the payment settings available, several solutions may be displayed at checkout:

- Digital wallets where available: Apple Pay, Google Pay or equivalent solutions.
- PayPal when this option is offered at checkout.
- Payment in instalments, subject to eligibility and approval by the relevant provider.
The payment methods actually available are those displayed on the checkout page when the order is confirmed.
Payment in instalments
When payment in instalments is offered, it is subject to the conditions of the relevant payment provider. Approval or refusal of financing depends on that provider’s own eligibility criteria.
Musique Shop does not decide alone whether an instalment payment is accepted. If it is refused, you can choose another available payment method.
