Order processing status
This page displays an estimated processing status for your order. The official carrier tracking link is automatically sent by email once the parcel has actually been dispatched. If your tracking appears to be stuck or if you have not received your order, please use the order help centre so our team can review your case.
Enter your order number, for example #12345. For a personalised estimate, use the link included in your order confirmation email.
Has your tracking stopped updating or have you not received your order?
If your carrier tracking is not updating, if your parcel appears to be delayed or if you think there is an issue with your order, please use our order help centre.
Our team will be able to review your case and get back to you within 24 to 48 working hours. We recommend contacting us directly before opening a claim with PayPal, Klarna, your bank or any other payment provider.
