You have the right to return any product ordered from our site within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without justification or penalty.

2. Eligibility requirements

  • The product must be new, unused , in its original packaging , with all its accessories and manuals.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or used products will not be refunded.
  • Digital items (licenses, downloads) cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Procedure

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service department via the Contact page to obtain authorization and the return address.

  1. Please let us know your request along with your order number.
  2. Pack the product carefully.
  3. Send it to the address provided by our customer service.

4. Return costs

Unless the error is ours or the product is defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with proof of postage.

5. Reimbursement

The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

6. Returns of defective products

If your product is defective upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours , including photos. We will offer a repair or replacement depending on the situation.
