At Musique Shop , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with European regulations.

1. Withdrawal period

You have the right to return any product ordered from our site within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without justification or penalty.

2. Eligibility requirements

  • The product must be new, unused , in its original packaging , with all its accessories and manuals.
  • Damaged, incomplete products, or those showing signs of use will not be refunded.
  • Digital items (licenses, downloads) cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return procedure

Before any return, please contact our customer service via the Contact page to obtain authorization and the return address.

  1. Please let us know your request along with your order number.
  2. Carefully pack the product.
  3. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service.

4. Return costs

Unless due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with proof of delivery.

5. Refund

The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

6. Returns of defective products

If your product has a defect upon receipt, please report it to us within 48 hours with supporting photos. A refund or replacement will be offered depending on the situation.
