It has consistently been our flagship range of high-gain amplifiers, and the most awarded line we've ever released. Featuring two patents (ISF and DPR), the Series One has been a dominant force in the rock and metal scene for nearly two decades, used by some of the world's biggest artists. Driven by a desire for sonic perfection, we've used everything we've learned about amplifier design over the past 19 years to further enhance this iconic platform.

Introducing the Series One MK II, an improved and optimized range designed to be the ultimate modern amplifier and cabinet, specifically tailored to the needs of today's metal guitarists. This evolution of the series marks a significant advance in high-performance high-gain amplification, with the Series One 100 MK II 4-channel head taking center stage – a high-gain amplifier designed to produce terrifyingly tight rhythm tones and huge saturated leads, without the undesirable 'hiss' often present with other models. This monster amplifier benefits from over 30 circuit modifications and adjustments compared to its predecessor, allowing us to confidently state that it is the pinnacle of high-gain amplification for today's metal guitarists. The Series One 412 PRO A/B MK II cabinets, ideal companions to this 'sonic weapon', are equipped with Blackstar-exclusive Celestion Vintage 30 speakers and feature a special baffle construction offering a more balanced mid-range response. In addition to these sonic improvements, we have also revised the aesthetics of the Series One MK II to give it a more assertive, robust, and contemporary look that draws attention on stages of all sizes.
