Its imposing offset single-cutaway body and sculpted “German Carve” top define its visual character, while the sonic heart of the Krona lies in its carefully selected materials.

At the core of the Krona’s sonic identity are two newly designed Hagstrom pickups, created specifically for the Krona: the Agent-X at the neck offers full-bodied articulation and great clarity, while the Penetrator at the bridge delivers an aggressive, cutting high-output tone. Both feature AlNiCo 5 magnets, and each tone control activates the coil-splitting function, providing quick access to single-coil sounds when subtlety or brilliance is required.

The 25.5” scale improves articulation and response, while our solid machined brass fixed bridge and string-through-body design provide impressive sustain and exceptional tonal depth. The use of stainless steel frets guarantees not only extreme durability (far greater than traditional nickel frets), but also a fast, smooth feel with greater tonal precision.

Completing the hardware is a set of Hagstrom locking tuners with a 19:1 gear ratio, providing rock-solid tuning stability and fast string changes, ideal for both the stage and the studio.
