Our patented Fret Shield offers complete fingerboard protection for properly polishing frets on an instrument with a 643 mm scale length and 20 frets. Say goodbye to masking tape and save time and money with this reusable protector, which installs in seconds, protects the fingerboard, and lasts for more than one hundred uses.

Made of stainless steel with a thickness of 0.20 mm. Its manufacturing process leaves no burrs or sharp edges, so it protects the fingerboard without damaging it.

Its tapered design has slots measuring from the first fret (3.18 mm * 55.754 mm) to the last fret (3.18 mm * 66.371 mm) and fits all types of frets (from narrow to jumbo) on 6- or 7-string guitars.

The Fret Shield is installed using an elastic system for maximum security, without ever damaging the instruments’ finish. Thanks to this elastic system, the Fret Shield also easily conforms to the fingerboard radius.

Tested and designed for use with polishing pads, polishing discs, or any other polishing system.
