Overview:
The Custom Shop series embodies all of the expertise of this English brand.
This head recreates the look and some of the features that established the brand’s reputation from the late sixties onward.
The amp is hand-wired point-to-point (with no printed circuit board) using large-gauge copper wire, and only the finest components are selected for its construction.
The amp delivers 50 watts in Class A/B or 30 watts in Class A. In Class A, the amp is clear and bright, whereas in Class A/B it produces typically British overdrive. The EQ, combined with the HF Drive attenuator, allows total control over the sound and its dynamics.
This amp will perform at its best with a PPC412, which also comes from the other side of the Channel Tunnel.
